SJL Realty, LLC is a subsidiary of Lipoczky Brothers, Inc. The focus of the real estate division is on residential land development and new home building. Beginning with building custom homes for themselves and family, Stephen and John Lipoczky, SJL principals, fully branched out into home building and development markets in the late 1990’s and have since completed and sold many residential homes ranging from 2800 square feet to 5000 square feet.

The company is currently in the process of developing a 23-lot subdivision.
